The n-Lorem Foundation is a charitable foundation focused on bringing treatment to patients with ultra-rare genetic mutations – mutations that affect 1 to 30 individuals in the world. According to Dr. Crooke, the charitable model is possible in this case because of Antisense Therapy, a technology developed at Ionis, which has been fully validated and shown to be versatile.
